DEBRA R. SHPIGLER
Debra R. Shpigler
graduated with honors from the University of Virginia in 1982, receiving a B.A. in Economics and Government (double major).
After earning her J.D. at the University of Pennsylvania School of Law, she was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1985.
Ms. Shpigler served as a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice in Cleveland until 1989 when she became a corporate attorney with Ulmer & Berne, handling all immigration work for the law firm's clients.
In 1993, she opened her own firm in order to concentrate on immigration and naturalization legal services for individuals and corporations.
She is the author of How To Become A U.S. Citizen.
She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
