How to Place an Order Online and How to Download

You can place orders of ITA immigration software and immigration forms at this site.
Go to the DOWNLOAD PAGE to order downloadable forms and software.
Go to the ORDER DESK PAGE to order software on diskettes or CD-ROM.

What if I have problems downloading?

Contact Customer Service, by pressing the "Customer Service" link button on this or any screen.
Or press the "Email" or "Feedback" hyperlinks on any of our pages.
Tell us what the problem is. Or call us at +1(914)739-8888 or (800)483-4856 during business hours, USA Eastern time. You can leave a voice mail message at any other time and we will contact you. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will ship the software and/or forms to you on diskettes.
There is a $5.00 shipping and handling charge per shipment (for domestic shipments, $21 foreign), more if a different method of shipment is requested.

How do I view the forms that I download?

You must download "Immigration USA Personal Edition", to be able to view, fill in and print the forms that you download.
If you already have "Immigration Assistant", "Immigration USA" or "Immigration USA Personal Edition" then you already have the tools for using the forms that you download.

Would I receive a refund on forms or downloadable software purchases?

No. We do not issue refunds on downloadable software or forms.
We will help you resolve any issues and, alternatively, we can mail you replacement forms/software on diskettes. There is a $5.00 shipping and handling charge per shipment (for domestic shipments, $21 foreign), more if a different method of shipment is requested.

How do I get forms that are not listed on the order page?

You can order other forms by contacting us via the feedback page or by calling us at (914)739-8888 or by fax to (914)739-8913.
We will then either mail them to you or post them at this ftp site where you can order them on the DOWNLOAD PAGE.

1. License. The applications demo and system software, whether on disk or embedded in ROM (the "software"), and related documentation are licensed to you by Information Technology Associates (ITA) or, where applicable, by those from whom ITA has licensed it. You own the disk on which the Software is recorded, but ITA retains title to the Software. This license allows you to use the Software on a single PC computer.

2. Restrictions. The Software contains copyrighted material, trade secrets, and other proprietary information, and in order to protect them you may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the Software to a human-perceivable form. You may not modify, network, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works, based upon the Software in whole or in part. You may not electronically transfer the Software from one computer to another over a network.

Warranty Disclaimer. ITA makes no warranties, express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, regarding the Software. ITA does not warrant, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the use of the results of the use of the software in terms of it's correctness, accuracy, reliability, currentness, or otherwise. The entire risk as to the results and performance of the software is assumed by you. The exclusion of implied warranties is not permitted by some jurisdictions. The above exclusions may not apply to you.

Disclaimer. In no event will ITA, licensors and their directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable to you for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, and the like) arising out of the online purchase transaction, download or use or inability to use the software even if ITA's Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you. ITA's licensor's liability to you for actual damages from any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), product liability, or otherwise), will be limited to replacement of the Software.
