Tegrin Skin Cream (Glaxosmithkline)

Description: Tegrin® Skin Cream for Psoriasis contains 5% Coal Tar Solution, USP, equivalent to 0.8% Coal Tar and alcohol of 4.7%.
Active Ingredient: 5% Coal Tar Solution, USP, equivalent to 0.8% Coal Tar.
Use: relieves itching, flaking and irritation of the skin associated with psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis.
Directions: Apply to affected areas one to four times daily or as directed by a doctor.
For external use only
Ask a doctor before use if you have psoriasis or seborrheic dermatitis that covers a large area of the body
Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are using other forms of psoriasis therapy such as ultraviolet radiation or prescription drugs
When using this product
Stop use and ask a doctor if condition worsens or does not improve after regular use
Warning: This product contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer.
Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
