Active Ingredients

Camphor 4.7%                    Cough suppressant

Menthol 2.6%                      Cough suppressant

Use: temporarily relieves cough due to:

· a cold · minor throat and bronchial irritation to help you sleep

Warnings:

For external use only

Flammable: Keep away from fire or flame

Ask a doctor before use if the child has

• cough that occurs with too much phlegm (mucus)
• a persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with asthma

When using this product do not · use more than directed

• heat · microwave · use near an open flame
• add to hot water or any container where heating water. May cause splattering and result in burns

Additionally, do not

• apply to eyes, wounds, sensitive, irritated or damaged skin
• take by mouth or place in nostrils

Stop use and ask a doctor if · cough persists for more than 7 days, comes back, or occurs with fever, rash, or persistent headache. These could be signs of a serious condition. · too much skin irritation occurs or gets worse

Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a poison control center right away.

Directions:

• Children 2 to under 12 years of age:
  
  • Remove plastic backing
  • Apply patch to the throat or chest
  • If the child has sensitive skin, the patch may be applied to the same area on clothing *
  • Clothing should be loose about the throat and chest to help the vapors reach the nose and mouth
  • Apply a new patch up to three times daily or as directed by a doctor
  • May use with other cough suppressant products
• Children under 2 years of age: Ask a doctor

* The patch may not adhere to some types of polyester clothing
