Method
1 Prepare cookie mix according to instructions on container.
2 Add ginger, cinnamon, molasses, and water. Beat at medium speed 1 minute. DO NOT OVERMIX.
3 Lightly spray pans with non-stick cooking spray. Spread dough evenly into each pan. Bake at 350 F. for 25 minutes. Cut 6 by 18
while still warm.
