Method
1
Drain tuna; discard juice. Flake tuna; combine with celery, onions, nuts, and chow mein noodles.

Combine soup with tuna mixture.

Pour an equal quantity of tuna-soup mixture into each steam table pan.
4
Sprinkle about 2 quart noodles over mixture in each pan.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375 F. or until heated thoroughly. CCP: Internal temperature must reach 145 F. or higher for 15 seconds.
Hold for service at 140 F. or higher.
