Method

Place 2 crusts on each greased sheet pan.

Pour 3/4 cup sauce over each crust.

Sprinkle about 2/3 cup cheese over each pizza.

Sprinkle about 1-1/4 tablespoon grated cheese over mixture in each pan.

Bake at 450 F. about 20 minutes or until crust is browned and crisp.

Cut each pizza into 4 wedges. CCP: Hold for service at 140 F. or higher.
