Method
1 Prepare canned chili con carne without beans. Grill patties 4 minutes or until browned on 350 F. griddle. Turn; grill on other side 4
minutes. CCP: Internal temperature must reach 155 F. or higher for 15 seconds.
2 Place hamburger patty on 1/2 of bun. Spread 2 tablespoons chili on each grilled hamburger. Cover with top bun.
3 Serve hot on buns. CCP: Hold for service at 140 F. or higher.
