Berrara, a popular tourist destination, offers ocean, beach and rock fishing, and boating.

All sorts of holiday accommodation can be found in the area including luxurious "chalets" with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean or the Berrara Lagoon.

Just to the north of Berrara is Swan Lake where visitors can enjoy fishing, sailing and, in season, prawning. There are boat ramps at Swan Haven, on the eastern shore of Swan Lake, and at Swan Lake Water Ski Club, on the southern shore. Berrara offers a variety of vacation accommodation, including bed-and-breakfasts, holiday challets, cottages and resort hotels.
