Muizz Street, Cairo

Muizz Street, stretching from the Northern Gates of Cairo to the Southern Gates of the Newly Created city, was the city's first paved street, and the largest street as well.

The streets of Islamic Cairo, adorned by Islamic architecture, are narrower and older than those in the city centre
