Octopus drying, Psili Amos beach, Samos

Octopus is a popular dish in Greece, usually served in kafeneia (Greek style coffee and liquor bars) with ouzo, the popular Greek anisette spirit.
Psili Ammos ("fine sand") beach is in Marathokampos, at the southwestern gulf of Samos.
