Akihabara, an area of Tokyo just five minutes by train from Tokyo Station, is also known as Akihabara Electric Town. It is a major shopping area for new and used electronics, computers, anime, and otaku goods. The main streets have primarily shops that sell new items, while most shops selling used products are lcated in the back streets.
