Mountain views, Jotunheimen, Oppland, East Norway
The montainous area of Jotunheimen, which contains all of Norway's peaks over 2300 meters, including its highest mountain, Galdhopiggen (2469 meters), is a hiker's paradise.
The area is a national park, with over 400 kilometres of marked paths.
The easiest way to reach it is by bus from Oslo to Gjendesheim, and proceed from there.
