Wanderers Cricket Stadium, Johannesburg, South Africa photo
Wanderers Cricket Stadium, Johannesburg

In this photo, Wanderers Cricket Stadium in Johannesburg is shown full of spectators during a cricket game.

It is the largest test venue in South Africa, with international cricket matches hosted here on a regular basis.

The stadium, with a seating capacity of 34,000, was built in 1956 to replace the Old Wanderers Stadium, being completely overhauled, following South Africa's readmission to international cricket in 1991.
