  • This page is for ordering downloadable software, DOT, SIC, NAICS, Immigration USA/Personal Edition and immigration forms only, using your credit card.

  • DOT and SIC downloads can also be charged to your U.S. telephone bill by clicking on the eCharge button eCharge - Charge it to your phone bill.
  • If you do not have our immigration software, you can order it here now. You need our immigration software to view/edit/print any immigration forms that you order on this web site.

  • If you wish to order our popular CD-ROM and diskette software, including DOT, SIC and NAICS on disketters and Immigration Expert[TM], for home use, and Immigration Assistant[TM], for professionals, then Click HERE.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • By downloading our software and electronic forms you AGREE with the Terms and Conditions as shown on the FAQ page, including the condition that purchases of our downloadable forms and software are not refundable*. Our Diskette/CD-ROM products carry a 30-60 day guarantee, shipping and handling charges and a 15% restocking charge.

  • All downloaded software is licensed to one user on one system.

  • Our forms are scanned images of the actual government forms. However, ITA cannot guarantee their currency or acceptance by the INS. You must check with the immigration service regarding their accuracy and currency and be aware that the INS can reject any application forms for any reason or no reason.

    * If you have problems downloading (you will have the opportunity to repeat the download) or you are otherwise dissatisfied, we can mail you replacement forms/software on diskettes. There is a $7.88.00 shipping and handling charge per shipment (for domestic shipments, more by express courier; $38 - $98 courier to non-USA destinations).


HOW THE ORDER FORM WORKS
  • We will charge your credit card and send you e-mail, usually within 24 hours, with instructions and an "order number URL" which you must enter at this site, in order to download the ordered items.

  • You can also order by mail with a check or money order. Make sure to include shipping/handling charges, as shown on the diskette/CD-ROM order page, in USA dollars to:
